At least you do not revel in it, or promote these rapists as heroes like some of the blogs do. People who make murder or rape blogs are all pathetic depressives, their own coping mechanism. I am curious that it seems to be mainly women who have these blogs. Men who brutalise, rape and torture women get more fan mail and marriage proposals than rock stars. Bloody women eh?

Kevin Cooper had escaped from asylums and prisons 12 times before 4 June, 1983, on the night of which he broke into a random house in Chino Hills, California, where the Ryen family lived.

The father, Bill, went there the next day and found the entire family hacked to death all over the house. There was blood on the ceiling. His ex-wife, Peggy, and her husband Franklin, were dead, with as many as 30 stab wounds each, as were their 10-year-old daughter, Jessica, and Bill’s 11-year-old son, Christopher. The youngest, 8-year-old Joshua Ryen, was still alive, and miraculously survived with a slashed throat and hatchet wound through his skull.

Cooper has sworn his innocence ever since, but DNA evidence says otherwise. The fact that he is attempting to save himself by lying seems to indicate his sanity.

Jegado, a domestic servant in 19th century France, must have been an impatient woman: If someone irked her, she didn’t give them many opportunities to apologize.

From 1833 to 1841, at least 36 people — the vast majority of them employers or boarders who had the poor judgment to reprimand her — wound up dead from arsenic poisoning. Because of her devout and sincere nature, authorities routinely ruled The Pious Poisoner out as a suspect. In 1851, when she hastily declared her innocence without actually being accused, The Pious Poisoner was arrested and convicted of at least three murders. A year later Jegado’s neck met the guillotine.

Javed Iqbal: The Boy Hunter

Hailing from Punjab, Pakistan, Javed Iqbal could well be one of the most detested men in history.

Iqbal went to great lengths to surround himself with young boys. He opened video arcades, schools, aquariums, and gyms. He also married the older sister of one boy to keep him close by, and he married off his own sister to another boy to keep him close by. Iqbal was arrested a number of times on charges of sodomy, but his father’s money always got him off.

In his eventual confession, The Boy Hunter claimed to have killed 100 boys in only five months, preferring to drug, rape, strangle, then chop them into pieces. Iqbal would then either store the bodies in a vat of acid near his house or dump them into the sewer.

When the judge sentenced Iqbal to death in 2000, it was suggested that he be strangled in front of the victims’ families, his body chopped to bits and finally, stored in a vat of acid just as he’d done to his victims. Officially, he committed suicide while in prison, but an autopsy suggested he may have been murdered. It was irrelevant to his family who refused to collect his remains, claiming that he had died to them the day he confessed.

Seriously psychotic: The Boy Hunter was said to have declared in his confession, “I am not ashamed of my actions… I have no regrets. I killed 100 children… It cost me 120 rupees ($2 USD) to erase each victim.”

Carl Panzram: Rage Personified

Many serial killers often rely on charm to seduce their victims into their clutches, but very few had Panzram’s qualities: a sense of humor and a sense — albeit sparse — of some regret.

Panzram’s commitment to mayhem was as disturbing as it was frank and unapologetic. After being sentenced to death for killing a man in prison, he threatened to kill anyone who tried to have his verdict overturned. In his autobiography, Panzram: A Journal of Murder, he employed a matter-of-fact tone in confessing to 21 murders and the rape of 1,000 boys, adding, “for all these things I am not the least bit sorry.” However, Panzram did express regret for one thing: being born. Since childhood, he considered himself so incessantly angry that he called himself Rage Personified.

Despite a staggering 80 to 600 body count, the man regarded by many as the prototype of today’s serial killer barely cracks the top ten. This is because historical records are unreliable and Gilles de Rais’ murderous statistics cannot be proven.

De Rais was a wealthy and powerful 15th century French nobleman who once fought side by side with Joan of Arc. De Rais had a sick obsession with young boys and preferred victims who resembled himself as a child. The Sadistic Aristocrat, as he came to be known, lured blond-haired, blue-eyed peasant boys to his stately home where he and a few assumed accomplices raped, tortured and mutilated them.
In 1440 the ecclesiastical court in Nantes hanged the monster before torching his body — just to be on the safe side

The Servant Girl Annihilator or Austin Axe Murderer is the given name of a notorious serial killer or killers who terrorized Austin, Texas between 1884 and 1885.

It is thought that at least seven women, mostly servant girls, died at the hands of the killer, who typically dragged his victims from their beds and raped them before slashing or axing them to death. Several victims were stabbed by some sort of spike in the ears or the face. His first victim was Mollie Smith on New Year’s Eve, 1884.

Many people were arrested for the crimes, but none were convicted. The last killings were a year after the first, ending with the murder of two wealthy white women, Eula Phillips and Sue Hancock, in downtown Austin on December 24, 1885.

The crimes represented the first recorded serial killer in the US, three years before Jack the Ripper wreaked a far better-known series of crimes on London. Some have even attempted to prove that the Annihilator and Jack the Ripper were one and the same.

The crime spree was depicted in fictionalized form in the Stephen Saylor book A Twist at the End. William Sydney Porter, better known as the short story writer O. Henry, was living in Austin at the time and is presented as the protagonist. Though the murders are depicted accurately, there is no evidence that Porter was involved or knew the victims. He did, however, make a contribution to the story: he coined the term “Servant Girl Annihilator” for his friends working at the Austin Daily Statesman (now the Austin American-Statesman).

In the latter months of 1977, Los Angeles was terrorized by a killer that was dubbed “The Hillside Strangler”. Eventually it was discovered that the serial killer was actually a pair, cousins Kenneth Bianchi and Angelo Buono. Their murderous rampage began shortly after Bianchi moved from Rochester, N.Y. to live with Buono in L.A. and would not end until the two had a fight and Bianchi moved to Bellingham, Washington. On his own he raped and strangled two college students and was immediately identified by witnesses who saw him with the two girls.

While under arrest Bianchi, who had read numerous psychiatric books in anticipation of being caught one day, claimed to have a split personality and almost managed to fool psychiatrists. After being found out he put Plan B into effect, pleading guilty and accepting a life sentence in Washington to avoid a possible death penalty in return for implicating Buono in California.

Once in California Bianchi told of how he and Buono posed as police officers and ordered women into their car, driving them to the cousin’s home. They were then sexually assaulted, strangled, and their bodies washed clean of evidence. The pair then went in search of hillsides in places where the bodies could be easily discovered, then dumped and grotesquely posed the women. Bianchi liked to play games however, and later recanted his confession and in general turned the trial into a circus. Buono eventually was convicted of only one murder and was sentenced to life in prison, though it is believed he and his killer cousin murdered at least eight women together during the last two months of 1977. Bianchi’s trial behavior earned him a trip back to the state of Washington’s Walla Walla Prison, which he was trying to avoid, where he too is serving life. In addition to the two Washington victims and the eight California victims, he is also a likely suspect in a few killing in his hometown of Rochester.

Robert Black (born 21 April 1947 in Grangemouth, Stirlingshire, Scotland) is a Scottish paedophileserial killer convicted of the kidnap and murder of four girls between the ages of 5 and 11 between 1981 and 1986 in the United Kingdom. He was convicted of sexually assaulting one of the girls and ofraping the other three. Black was also convicted of the kidnap of a fifth girl and the attempted kidnap of a sixth.

Black is also suspected of a number of unsolved child murders in the UK dating back to 1969 and others in the 1970s throughout Europe.
